Internal Error 2753.ssrc.exe
Hi, I am a beginner. I am in the UK. First post. Please forgive my ignorance.
Windows Vista Home edition 32 bit. 2year old Packard Bell desktop. Never had the problem before. Regularly run RegCure. No virus/spyware that I know of. Unable to load Windows Vista Service Pack 1. KB 936330 - this is another problem, let's do it later. Can't think of anything else relevant. I have just changed my broadband suppler. Now I am with O2. By the way I find their service and support good (ADSL2+ 15 Meg download) . They provide a tool that can be loaded on the PC to help diagnose broadband problems. When I try to load it, I get Internal Error 2753.ssrc.exe. I see a number of problems on Google and websites with this error code, but none related to ssrc.exe which I think is the programme on the CD which is causing the problem. Help please
