error report

I have over 80 errors that show hpqddsvc in relation to my HP Photosmart D7260 but cannot understand or find solution. Any ideas what it is and how to clear it? My brother has the same query and has over 130 errors.

if you havent already, goto the hp website and download the latest drivers.

I thought that I had the latest drivers, but I will re-check.
