Program Problems
I have downloaded Verizon Internet Security Suite to my computer (directly from the Verizon web site) that has Windows Vista Home Premium. I think this program has caused my computer to be unable to access the internet. I have tried to uninstall the program but it comes up with the error code (-5005: 0x80070002). I have tried to uninstall the program in safe mode like it said to in another posting about this error code, but the same error comes up. I'm not for sure that this program is the issue but would like to be able to access the internet on my computer. I think it is a program issue since both Wireless and Wired adapters went out at the same time the next time I tried to access the internet after installing the program Verizon Internet Security Suite. =) Thank You

Re: Program Problems
Hi, according to verizon you have followed correct procedure to uninstall:-
http://www.verizon.freedom.net/suppo..._viss.html#1-7 Have you used system restore to go back before the install. If this is not available you could try Microsofts uninstaller. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
