How to Ceate Vista bootable DVD from EISA configuration partition on laptop ?

looked all over the net, but nothing seems to address my issue. I Bought a Sony VAIO laptop that didn`t come with a Vista DVD in canada. Its has an 7.59gig partition on the hardrive that hides intall or recovery files. I can`t access the partition and it isn`t assigned a drive letter. I want to make a bootable dvd, repair disk, or hopefully a complete install dvd. I am living and working in the DR congo right now and the power outages fried my bootsequence and i didn`t have a vista disk to repair, but did use the files of off this partition. I solved my problem, but now want to create a vista disk, and the only resource i have is a few blank DVDs this laptop, and a partition I cant access with Programs currently on my OS.

VISTA Home premium

Hi, we have come into contact with a number of UN and NGO's in East Timor same problem, power outages and spikes would cause laptop meltdown, these people are aid workers not computer techs. Vista ultimate with complete PC backup has been our solution, talk to MS they are a commercial mob yet you would be surprised how helpful they can be, if you are genuine, then so are they.
