Just got new Acer running Vista and having problems veiwing downloaded movies
I recently got a new acer laptop and when I download movies and try to view them, I hear the movie but can not see the video. Can someone please help me with this as I have tried everything that I can think of. Thank you

This may be a codec related issue -try downloading and installing the full K-Lite Codec Pack - its freeware and link is in my signature area.
