Can't do certain things in normal mode..
I have been having problem doing certain things in normal mode. I can't install or uninstall certain things. I can't get into iTunes. I can't defragment. I also can't shut down. I heard it may have something to do with hardware or software drivers and such so I looked up my device manager in safe mode(which I also can't do in normal mode) and found two things with an ! symbol.
Under Keyboards I have two things: HID Keyboard Device Standard PS/2 Keyboard (!) Under Non-Plug and Play Drivers, this has the !: Security Processor Loader Driver (!) Any advice? |
