Re: Vista with leopard

you can just patch a few system files (there's a utility for doing that for you, to make it easier). then you can copy any theme you want to use in your windows/resources/themes folder. then it'll show in the themes list in personalization window.

windows doesn't by default allow you to use third party themes so you have to patch files in order to enable it. I'll post the link to the utility in a while.

Re: Vista with leopard

Here's the link to the patcher:
http://www.codegazer.com/downloads/VistaGlazzSetup.exe
install, run and click on the first icon to patch the files.
(first backup these files:
C:\windows\system32\ThemeUI.dll
C:\windows\system32\UxTheme.dll
C:\windows\system32\Shsvcs.dll)

then download this:
http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/10...417/Themes.zip
extract it's contents (a folder and a theme file) to
C:\windows\resources\themes

now go to personalize\themes there you'll see this theme listed. you can use it now.

now whenever you need to get a new theme, just copy it to windows\resources\themes

hope that helps.
