Blue Screen Error

Please help!! Happened on my new Toshiba L300-D02, Vista Home Premium OS - Service Pack 1...
Not sure of the cause - maybe something I was downloading at the time.

The info you posted shows it to be the 2nd BSOD as of that time on Nov 20. The bugcheck -
0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0x8c7a5c7c, a707668c, 0x0), with no probable cause listed.

0x1000008e is the same as 0x8e = KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED = a kernel-mode app generated an exception not caught by the error handler. The exception here is the 1st parm 0xc0000005 - a memory acess violation.

Please run msinfo32 and save as an NFO file -
START | type msinfo32 & hit enter | save in NFO format - you'll see the NFO file extension when you go to save it.

Zip it up and attach to next post.
