always loading icon near my cursor

Hi all,

Hey guys I need help. My english is bad but i still try to explain my problem.
I have installed Vista Ultimate 64x. And always when I open folder "my computer" My cursor start to loading something or jumping i dont know how to describe this. It's look like my system always refresh my "my computer" folder. If i move cursor outside this folder, for exaple on desktop, or to another folder, cusror stop "jumping, blinking, load" it look fine. Why its happen only in "my computer" folder where are showing my Harddrives??? yea another thing, it's happend also when I connected any USB or external Hard Drives.. If my english is to bad I can upload a short video with my problem.I try many things, antivir scan/drivers updates/format HDD/reinstall windows/install other OS Vista Ultimate- nothing :(( still this ****.
