Zomgowned

Hi, I've been having problems with this computer since I have bought it. It has Random crashes with some regularity depending on what I am doing. I also recently brought it in to a shop to get it fixed, and had a stick of RAM exchanged. Anyways here is my problem : Every so often (Especially while playing online games) my computer will do one of three things:
1) It will Crash, displaying A static screen of what was last displayed (be it a game, Internet, etc) and play a repeated loop of the last 1/4 second (approximate guess) of what was being played
2) Display a Static screen consisting of Black bars fading to light gray bars (about 1/2 cm each) playing the repeated sound, OR
3) Give me a BSOD dictating and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TO error (with points to a memory problem, I believe)
I believe that this might be a problem with my Network card (D-Link WDA-1320) being incompatible with my other hardware, because the crashes seem to happen when I receive a a data-packet (such as a sound, a rapid movement, death, etc).

Is it possible that I am Correct, or have a bad Driver?
