Error message in Print Shop 23, Windows Vista

I recently got a new computer with Windows Vista. I bought the new Print Shop 23 Deluxe since my old print shop won't load. Everytime I try to open a file in Print Shop 23, I get this error message:

Expression: "m_bitmap_position!=0" failed at: Process: file\prevac.cpp line:318

What does this mean? How do I fix it? I can't find a place to get the answer at Print Shop's site.

Not familiar with the program but have you tried re-installing it?
