Vista freezing after it completely loads.
This problem has only started today. When I turned my computer on, everything loaded normally, and after about a minute or two, it randomly froze up entirely. I rebooted it and attempted to go in and system restore, but was told my C:\ needed to be checked, so I rebooted yet again to run the disk check. Well, I tried this and once it go to about 60% it froze and wouldn't continue. I've repeated the process several times to the same result, and the computer refuses to boot in safe mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Oh if it matters, my computer is a Sony Vaio laptop running Windows Vista service pack 1. |
