error 0xc0000022 after installation of new software
Hello! I really need some help with new program software I loaded. I am an artist and not a "tech" so please keep that in mind. I installed from a CD Corel Painters X onto my HP Win Vista. After installation, I tried to open and run the program...received message 'application error 0xc0000022 failed to initialize properly' - Windows shutting down program. I ran the repair procedure. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times..then did a scan with RegCure and fixed problems. Rebooted...blah blah blah. Can someone help me? Thanks...
