Blue Screen Helppp!!!

Hi
I am new to all this
I wonder if anybody knows a way to fix the blue screen issue
It happens a lot and crashes the computer

I can help you identify the probable cause and help to resolve it, but I will need any and all minudumps from C:\WINDOWS\MiniDump. You may have to copy them out into a new folder first. After that, Right click the new folder and send to a compressed (zipped) folder, and attach to your next post.
