Removing avrt.dll
Windows is reporting that c:\windows\system32\avrt.dll is corrupt. I have tried to delete or replace it (with a copy from a working Vista computer), but I can't seem to figure out how to get permission to do so. How can this be done without having to restore Vista in its entirety? Thanks for any help.
