Static in speakers....then Frozen
I'm trying to fix an Acer laptop about 1 yr old. For some reason the computer will work for about 10-15 mins before this static sound comes out of the speakers and then everything freezes and does not unfreeze, I've waited. To add to that after it freezes I have to leave it turned off For a while before I can get it to even start up. I have also tried using the system recovery method as explained by Acers tech support...it still froze. This computer has a 512 mb of ram 1.80 processor and runs windows vista. I have searched all over looking for answers but I have found none. I hope someone can shed light on this frustrating matter. Thanks in Advance
