My System

BSod: 0x000000024, frequent reboots

HI there.
I'm experiencing frequent reboots for unknown reasons while the system is idle for extended periods (overnight, while at work, etc.) Periodically I come home/wake up to a BSoD with the following error code "
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001904AB, 0xD6597A54, D597750, 0x8K5F039)"

Please inform me of any necessary logging programs to download and run and I will promptly post the results.

I am running
DELL XPS410
Windows Vista Home Media Center 6.00.600
-(was advertised as Vista Home Premium by Dell?)
Intel Core2Duo6420 @ 2.13GHz
Dell P965 chipset on a Dell 0CT017 mainboard
