LogonUI Bad Image
Hello Everybody, im new here so i'll see how this goes...
yesterday i powered up my laptop and received a black screen with an error message 'LogonUI.exe - Bad Image' 'C:\Windows\system32\xmllite.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support' now im a bit of a novice, but i think this is the logon screen, and has somehow been corrupted and i cannot access windows whatsoever. ive tried all sorts that my limited brain capacity can conceive and still have nothing to go on, ive tried booting from the operating cd and fiddling with the registry to try bypass the logon process but all to no avail... any help whatsoever is greatly appreciated, regards, Bobo |
