PLZ Help w/ Vista Home Premium
Hi all,
I have an Asus G1 gaming laptop, it came with Vista Home Premium. A few months after I got it I decided to make a dual-boot with XP Pro, I did it and it worked fine. It worked great for a couple of months, and then out of nowhere my vista stopped working. When I would go to select vista on the dual-boot screen I'd get a Repair System (Recommended) option, or a Start Windows Normally option. Pushing Repair System, would do nothing, just send me back to the original dual-boot screen. And if I pushed Start Windows Normally I would get the green loading bar for a few seconds then for almost a fraction of a second I could see a Blue screen (like some kind of critical error) and my computer would restart. I really didn't do anything out of the ordinary for this to happen, and my XP works fine still. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks |

Re: PLZ Help w/ Vista Home Premium
BTW, I forgot to add that the only vista cd that I have is some Asus system restore disc which will erase all of my files and start fresh (also without my XP).
I have also tried every single option of Safe Mode, and it didn't work...exact same thing happened every time. |
