Cry Re: Error Message - Access is Denied (0x5)

Hello All, Can somebody help with an error message I keep getting on my parents desk top PC running 'Vista' each time I try and install my new Epson DX 8400 printer from the installation CD. It installs upto the Epson file Mangager which then gives me the following error message: 'access is denied (0x5). There is also more error message pertaining the the C:\Programmes etc etc but I have not written this down yet. I have contacted Epson technical whom have informed me this is a Vista problem so I tried to install the same printer on my PC running Vista and it was successful first time and it also installed the desk top icon for the Epson File Manger utility. Incidentally, my parents PC is still able to print from the Epson but that is all, there is no utility hence the error message which just leaves me confused. Does anybody know a simple fix for this problem.

Many thanks in anticipation !
