Find Album Info Doesn't Work with WMP 11
Hello, I have a laptop computer with Vista Basic and Windows Media Player 11. When I insert a CD it does not automatically grab the CD information or CD art. When I right click on the album and select find album info, I get an error message 'This program cannot diplay the webpage'. The laptop is connected to the internet and I can browse to different sites fine, so it isn't an access issue. It looks like it is trying to redirect to redir.metaservices.microsoft.com, so I tried entering the address directly into the address box of an open IE browser and I am directed to the windowsmedia.com site. I have another laptop computer with XP Pro and WMP 11 and that works fine. Any idea what is causing the problem on the Vista computer?? Thanks!!
