error 0122
I have a new acer aspire 7720. It comes with a built in blu ray dvd player. This machine is supposed to connect to a HDTV via a hdmi cable.
DVD plays fine in the coputer but when connected to HDMI cable and tv error message 0122 occurs which says graphics card not compatible pops up. Acer says its a Vista problem and nothing is wrong with the machine. Service pack 1 is installed and windows tells me it is not a service pack problem. If I can't resolve this I will have to return the computer as the bluray is the reason I bought it. Can anyone help? Thanks Judy |
