Odd purple tint

I didn't know exactly where this went, but being the budding tech support guy I am, I am nearly convinced it is a Vista problem, but I could be wrong, that's why I am asking lol.

Well I have this odd purple tint on photos if I open then in Photoshop CS3 or Windows Photo Gallery. That's it. If I open a photo in firefox, IE, fireworks, dreamweaver, etc. then it is perfectly fine.

As you can imagine I've been a wits end, and I couldn't figure it out. At first I thought my old 1600PRO video card was on the fritz, so I bought the 512MB 8800GT I am using now, same problem.

It's been like this since I installed Vista Ultimate 32-bit, so I reinstalled fresh, same thing.

PC Specs

E6600 Core2 Duo 2.4GHz
2GB RAM
512MB MSI 8800GT
Gigabyte P965-DQ3 rev 3.3 motherboard

Anyone seen this before? It's really bugging me, but it's not computer breaking, it's just pictures in those 2 programs. Thanks for any help!
