Vista booting question

Well i've had Vista ultimate(64 bits) for like 3 months. It has Sp1.It gave me no prob, worked like a charm. But recently some stuff started to happen. For example while i was in WoW playing, the game suddenly froze. My music was still running and stuff, but i couldnt do anything beside hitting the restart button. But than the windows doesnt boot.It gives the error "this error can be caused by unplugging a removeable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. make sure any removeable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer"
/windows/system32/winload.exe
An unexpected I/O error has occured
So after like 5 mins of trying the windows booted fine.Or like i insert Vista dvd and repair and it worked.Any help would be much appreciated.
