group policy client service failed the login
My computer won't let me sign in. It makes it to the logon screen, type in my password, and it tells me "Group Policy Client Server failed the login", then restarts.

Same problem after installing Norton 360 with a tech. Go to safe mode, create another user, take admin privileges from your old account and add to the new one. I called my GroupPolicyClient. You can then get in, but you can't access things like email. At least I can get to my files, since I write documents for a living.
A work around, but does not fix the problem. Anyone have a simple answer? |
