Firefox error and other issue
Firefox 3 suddenly won't connect. I tried any websites but I keep getting 'Failed to Connect. Page load error.' I tried temporarily disabling firewall but nothing happened. Also, IE7 works fine.
Comp specs: OS Name Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard System Model HP Pavilion dv2700 Notebook PC System Type X86-based PC Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s) I tried System restore but everytime I did, a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) appeared and I had to go in Safe mode to revert back. Please help! PS.: if possible how do I take a SS of the BSOD? |
