Registry Repair
My laptop has a problem to connect through wireless service. Everytime I turn on my laptop, the connection is unavailable. I tried diagnose and repair, it always says "Please start the wireless services". But when I click on it, it says "windows cannot resolve the problem".
I have to do the folllowing to get it work: 1. regedit 2. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE]\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ndisuio 3. Change Start to "0x000000002 (2)" 4. Restart But I have to do above steps everytime I started windows. And it always popup a screen says "windwos defender cannot be started. A problem caused this program to start......." 1. Is there anyway to resolve this problem? 2. Do I need to do registry repair? 3. How to do registry repair? In addition, I had a Norton Antivius 2008 installed on my laptop. But I cannot open the program. Thus, I uninstalled it and tried to re-install the Noron Antivirus 2008. But I cannot installed it anymore. It always says there is an error caused the program to be installed correctly. And it caused unexpected shutdown frequently. Please advise solutions. Thanks very much! CC |
