EEK! how do i adjust to maximum graphics memory?

hi, i am new here. i need help. i wan to know how to adjust to maximum graphics memory, heres the info on my laptop.

What games are lagging? TBH most 3d games won't run very well (if at all) without a third party GPU, such as nvidia or ati. Using more graphics memory you use won't make any difference...

you should be able to adjust it in your bios. However, as previously mentioned, it really wont make any difference. Something to consider. When you add more video ram, you are taking away system ram - ram thats actually needed to run the games.

i have 4gb ram 230gb of hard drive space. and when i play frozen throne it only uses 1-5% cpu usage. it lags when too many ppl/monsters are using spell. is it possible to add a graphic card such as nvdia or ati to my laptop?
