[SOLVED] My computer is unstable
Hello people
I am not sure where to post this, so forgive me if i chose the wrong forum. The thing is, my (home assembled) computer keeps giving me all kinds of BSOD's, plain freezing, or spontaneously rebooting. Computer specs: MB: DFI Lanparty UT NF590 SLI-M2R / G Processor: AMD Athlon X2 6000+ Ram: 4 x 1 GB Corsair XMS2 in dual channel (i think) Gfx: Innovision 8800 GTX Sondcard: Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Extreme Audio PSU: Cooler master 850 W If you need any other details, please just ask, and i will provide as soon as i can. I have no idea what is wrong with it. I have run a few passes with memtest86, tried booting it with only on stick of RAM at a time, and buying a new power supply. I have kept an eye on temperature of processor as well, and it never goes above 45 degrees celsius. Also, i need a little help on how to upload the dump files to you guys? Hope to hear from you whenever you have the time. Honoured |

Re: My computer is unstable
For some strange reason my computer has decided to work properly for the time being.
Only thing i did was exchange the driver with an older version from the manufacturers site, i havent had a crash since. If it decides to go at it again ill open a new thread, so any moderators reading this, feel free to delete the thread :) Honoured |
