Irql Not Less Or Equal Bsod

Hi guys my head is cabbaged. whenever i carry out memory sapping tasks such as installing programs and virus scans i encounter the dreaded BSOD the message says IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. i have attached my minidumps fot any of you to see why it is doing this and how i can fix it. im running vista ultimate 64 bit
quad core
4gb ram
500GB SATA HDD

I think this will be a problem with RAM or a driver.

Start by checking the RAM
Swap over the sticks of RAM or take one out and try again with only one stick. If it does not help or makes things worse swap the sticks and try again with another stick. Keep doing this until you get an immediate error with one stick. This will identify if you have a bad stick.

OR
You can put either of these free programs on a floppy and test the RAM. Let them run for hours to do many passes if you can

They would all work with the 64 bit as they are run from a bootable CD or floppy and not from Vista

Swapping the sticks is the easiest/quickest way to test them if you can
