COMDLG32.OCX error

Hi i am trying to install sax & dotty's karaoke hoster but keep getting this error, component COMDLG32.OCX or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid

i am using windows vista

any thoughts guys?

click start and in the box, type in regsvr32.exe comdlg32.ocx
then restart computer and try again!

tried that but got an error message saying error loading module comdlg32.ocx...
any other ideas please?

if you google the file name, download it and copy it to C:\windows\system32 folder
then try again

i found out how to solve this, simply disable user account control then it works fine. I don't understand why this would affect it but it does. Just deactivate it and restart, then it installs fine!
