hi, Currently I'm using Visita on my laptop.Somehow it is infected with virus and now it is not loading any software and antivirus program .as soon as setup programms starts loading computer restarts automatically.can this problem be sortedout or I have to format my laptop

![]() 1. Turn off automatic rebooting and you will get a Blue screen with an error message which will help identify the problem. Restart the machine and tap F8 repeatedly right after the manufacturer's startup screen appears, exactly as if you were booting into Safe Mode. If done properly, you will see the "Advanced Boot Options" menu. Select "Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure" and hit enter. Please post the error message 2. Can you boot into Safe Mode and do a System Restore? 3. If you cannot do that Restart your system When the system first boots, type F8 to bring up the boot menu Select the Safe Mode with Command Prompt option Log-on to an account with administrator rights At the command prompt type c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe This should open System Restore. Restore to before the problem started
