Confused Help!/ Vista SP1 / F2 key / Re-installing Vista

My Esc + F1 + f2 key is dead and has been for a while. I have been using Hotkey In windows to re-map these keys.

Well I am trying to Re-install Vista But I need to Push F2 to get into the Bios/System setup so that i can Set it to Read the Vista CD first be4 HDD.

Is there ANYWAY to re-map the f2 key During system Startup?
Maybe another way of getting into Bios/System setup?
Or anyway to set the system to read cd be4 HDD whille in Windows?
Or any other way?

If u Need any Extra Information let me Know..

There is no way to change the BIOS setup key combo to enter BIOS. TO do that you would have to take out the chip and reprogram it.

Grab a friends keyboard and use that to enter your BIOS.
