Control Panel broken
Whenever I try to open my control pane. From start menu or by oppening my computer first. it opens a white folder with nothing on it and than the folder closes... Also when I right click my computer and click properties, nothing happends... Ive tried disabling the services but still nothing... Anybody knows what could be causing this please help. Thanks.
Also cant get into the updates website... Vista Ultimate 64bit Q6600 8800gtx 4gb ballistix crucial |

I have tried this but it says
- Open Command Prompt 2- At the Command Prompt enter the following command exactly as written: net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Service" /add I get System error 5 has occured. Access is denied. So now I dont have admin rights when im with the only account on here? How do I make myself have the admin? |
