Start up problems

After installing a fan i couldnt get past the loading screen, but i can still access the computer in safe mode :/ ive taken the fan out and everything but it still wont get past the loading screen. that loading screen thats all black with a green progressbar.
please help. thanks

Try running a system restore. When booting, hit your F8 key repetitively and select the Recovery option (if any)

ive tried booting it on linux with cd but still it wont get past the loading screen :O

Hey butji

Try

1. Booting into safe mode with command prompt

2. Type MSConfig and selecting Diagnostic Startup

3. Apply and reboot

If you can boot up normally start adding Services back on one by one to determine the actually cause of this
