Vista Lan Disk problems
I have a small LAN with a win2000 sp4, a N&C lan drive and a Oki printer, everything is OK.
The problem is when I connect a laptop with vista home premium: I can not use the lan hard drive. I can access it, and see the root directory, but when I try to enter some dir, or open a file it stands forever...... I have tried connecting another cpu, with vista ultimate, same problem. I can ping the driver from vista, I've tried with static and dynamic IPs..... I suppose it is not a firewall issue, as I have full access to internet. Wonder how could I resolve it.... I suppose is some security issue in Vista?? |
