Plllleease Help!
Hey.. Ive just downloaded windows vista on a windows xp and the installation process worked fine until i turned the pc off. Whenever i turn it back on the screen goes black then says..
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. PLease reinstall a copy of the above. I have absolutely no idea what to do. PLease Help. The pc won't recognise any installation CDs either. I'm really not so good wiht all this techy stufff.. can anyone help me??? Thanks |
