removing trojan downloader.xs

how do i remover this trojan downloader xs
i keep on getting a pop up that my computer is infected with it
i used PC Cleaner and McAfee and tried to clean my computer but its still not working. The PC Cleaner clean most of my computer but im still getting the same pop up. Even though i clean my computer its even slower.
How do i delete this Trojan Downloader off my computer???

yes i got the same virus and its very annoying every time i go on the internet it pops up and says you are infected andi have downloaded alot of different things to try to get rid of it but nothing s working pleaseeeeeee help

You will need help to get rid of this infection.

Download HijackThis™ here:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...hijackthis.php

Right click on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Click 'Do a System Scan and Save logfile'.
The HJT log will open in notepad.

Copy and paste the contents of the HJT log into a NEW THREAD in the hijackthis-log-help forum:
