protection error 103
getting an error when installing a program around the registary stage.
running vista premium program AVS Video Tools I get a stopped working error for registery. when i press close the program says its finished installing. but i cant get the program to work. any help would be appreciated. thank you |

Given that it is a video product there is a good chance that system settings may have been altered. I would suggest that you perform a System Restore as soon as possible to try and regain the system you had prior to the installation of that program. START | type system restore in the start search box | select same It is extremely important that you check prior to downloading and the installation of a software product that you find out about its compatability with Vista.
