[SOLVED] download block

I opened my bank e-mail statement and tried to download it, or view it, and I was not allowed to do either. I have purchased an Acer with Windows Vista. The notice is possible insecure site or pop-up spam.
I had no probleim opening this statement with my XP or Windows 98.
Can you please help me. Thank you.

do you have java installed

thruogh trial and error I have solved my own problem...thank you. I will check to see if I have Jave..thanks again dai.
