Transfer Vista Mail Addresses to MS Outlook

how do you transfer Vista Mail Contacts to Outlook 2003 Address Book?

You don't.

Office 2003 including Outlook is not capatible with Vista. Microsoft is making everyone buy Office 2007 for Vista. Sorry :(

I am sorry but you are completely wrong.

Outlook 2003 is compatible with Vista. I have installed and used it without error.

As for transferring contacts between Windows Mail and Outlook 2003 I will have to get back in touch with you once I find out how Windows Mail saves contact information.
