Cannot Sign Into Live Messenger On Vista

I've been trying for a while now and I just can't sign into WLM, both 8.1 or 2008 versions, but I receive the following error message;

My Laptop is part of a network, connected directly to the router via a switch, I've not had problems before and the current problem has only recently arisen. The other computers on the switch or network don't seem to have this problem, I have tried reinstalling both the network and WLM (multiple versions) but to no avail.

I've ran WLM connectivity manager and this is the result, but I have no idea where to go from here;

The settings on the router have been checked and I am being granted full access and as far as I can see my windows settings are correct firewall wise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
