SecuROM will not delete on Vista??
Hi, having read through some of the security posts i am aware that details of deleting 'UAService' have already been given-and i have already deleted that particular service. However i am still finding SecuROM files in my registry which will not delete at all:
Key named HKLM\SOFTWARE\SecuROM\!CAUTION! NEVER DELETE OR CHANGE ANY KEY Subsequently when i try to delete this (which appears to be a rootkit)it will not delete and displays the message: !CAUTION! NEVER DELETE OR CHANGE ANY KEY, cannot be deleted the file cannot be found.  Any help gratefully received? |
