Can help me with my Vista?

Well, i just want to ask why everytime i have to right click on my messenger and click Open as Run as administrator only it will open and function. And also everytime i click OPEN on any software, and a message will pop out - A program need your permission to open, then there is choices of Continue or Close, well, if anyone knows how to disable all these things and let my messenger work well, please teach me by replying my post. I need to solve it urgently. Thanks.

Re: Can help me with my Vista?

i use the application tweakuac, to switch uac on/off when needed, just google it and download. its not a good idea to turn it off permanently.

Re: Can help me with my Vista?

uac can be turned off,it is not advised to do so as it compromises the built in security and the ie browser
to turn it off
msconfig
tools tab
scroll down to it's entry
here you can enable or disable
