missing flash player

i need help desperately........for weeks now maybe longer my flashplayer has completely disappeared.......i have tried to download it but it wouldn't let me i can't load certain webpages (kids are having webkinz withdraw) i have remove and reinstalled my java serveral times tried to set my java console to mozzilla and it won't do that
i have windows vista home edition
i use aol via roadrunner
any suggestions.......thank you

What happens when you try to download it? What error message do you get?

Did you install a flash player before? If so is it still installed?

i have discovered that i did manage to install it but it just won't work i don't understand why

thanks for the suggestion but i have done that about 32 times didn't help i'm at my wits end.......lol

problem solved downloaded a free registry cleaner and it did the trick flashplayer and everything else is working i would like to thank everyont for trying to help

I am glad you have it fixed Laura

A word of warning though.
Be careful with registry cleaners. They can cause a lot of damage if they remove wrong entries.
