My desktop is completely black right now, with only a mouse pointer and a folder

I am on the internet right now by typing this address into the documents folder and I was able to get here.

Can anyone help me?

My screen is black when I boot up the system with only the mouse pointer and the folder Documents, only being opened.

Its weird, but can anyone help me, please?

I am not closing this browser because once I do, it will disappear.

Press Control Alt Delete, bring up task manager, go up to file>New Task(run...) and type in explorer.exe
