Acer aspire 5633, dvd/cd not working
Hi there
Can any one help. I have an acer aspire 5633WLMi, which is just out of warranty. When I tried to copy some photos to a disc the other day, it kept asking me to insert a disk, although one was already there??? I contacted acer, who say it is a software problem but want me to call them at 50p a min, as the laptop is out of warranty. I also noticed that if a disk is left in the drive, when you turn the computer on it wont start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. jo |
