Does my BIOS need updating? What difference will it make?

Hi,

Another quick question. I bought my computer in 2002. I keep hearing about these BIOS updates. Do I need to update mine? As it hasn't been yet, and what difference will it make..?

unless you have a need to update, don't. Most of the time you only need to update if you are installing something that requires a specific bios update.
