Need Help With Folders!
I wanted to send a zip file of my AusLogics Disk Defrag debug.log to AusLogic support. I could not do it. I can find the file
(C:\Program Files\Auslogics\AusLogics Disk Defrag\debug.log), but when I try to zip it, it's not there! When I open WinZip 11.2 tap New and go to C:\Program Files\Auslogics\AusLogics Disk Defrag, there are only two files there, Data and Lang, and they both seem to be empty. If I use the Wizard, and type C:\Program Files\Auslogics\AusLogics Disk Defrag\debug.log in the search box, it says it is an invalid file name. If I browse, the two empty folders, Data and Lang are once again there. The same thin happens if I tap open. I tried a different tact, I copied the Notepad file into Word in Documents, although I could go to it, it wasn't there when I tried to zip it. My questions are 1) Why can't I find this file when using WinZip 2) I know that I can find Notepad by typing notepad in the Vista Search box, but what folder is it in on my PC (eg- C:\Program Files\...) |

Hi. . .
Check to see if you have the actual html report, usually located in: \Users\YOUR-USER-NAME\AppData\Roaming\Auslogics\Disk Defrag\Reports\D_Disk_Defrag_Report.html Regards. . . jcgriff2 .

Re: Need Help With Folders!
It's there! I was just wondering how I can access Notepad? When I go to C:Windows\Notepad.exe and open the debug.log, it is just that computer mumbo jumbo!
