problems with usb pc camera

dears y have a problem with installation of vimicro usb pc camera.
Its olivetti 350 and came with instalation cd.the first time it showed a picture on messenger but the second time when y restrt the computer ,no picture and no sound.Before this camera y had a usb starter camera and it worked normaly.Yve tryed everything,reinstalling, restarting computer,ststem restore,installing in safe mode everything but it doesnt work.There is an aplications on the desktop the amcap , and zoom aplications but when y click to amcap it is empty . The point is that
the camera olivetti works on other computer,so it means something is wrong with my computers instalations. Please help me ,thanks a lot

The same problem with me. I posted my problem to other forums but no one can help me. The last resort I am thinking is to bring my pc to the store where I bought it. I did what you posted, and I reformatted my pc for 4x . :(
